Ranking the food options at Six Flags St. Louis

Ranking the Restaurants at Six Flags St. Louis

There are a lot of Dinning options at Six Flags St. Louis. Most options are what I would consider being your standard theme park food. They have your chicken strips, hamburgers, nachos, and funnel cakes. While there might not be an outstanding selection at the park there are a couple of places that come more recommended than others. Let’s get to Ranking the restaurants at Six Flags St. Louis from worst to best. For full reviews of each restaurant, you can click on the hyperlinked names.

11. Colonnades Grill

This is one of the first restaurants you will reach when entering the park. To bad that it is the worst place to eat in the entire park. The food is never good. If you must then just go with generic chicken strips.

10. 1904 Classics

They serve Hot Dogs and Corn Dogs. None of which taste very good at all. Skip the Corn Dogs at all cost. Even right out of the fryer they don’t taste good. The Regular hot dog is okay but still not something I can recommend.

9. Moose Burger Lodge

With a burger in the name, you would think that it would be worth eating. However, you would be wrong. Skip to number two if you want a great burger while visiting the park.

8. Go Fresh Café

To be fair to this place I am not looking to eat healthy when I am at a theme park. This place isn’t for me. If you are looking for a healthier option then this is highly recommended.

7. Primo’s Pizzeria

This restaurant’s pizza is a little bland. Not bad but merely okay. If you eat here just ask for lots of crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese to help.

6. Fowl Ball

This is a chicken-themed sports bar. Which I find odd because the best item is the pulled pork nachos. They call it the Whammer and they load them down with tons of great stuff. I don’t get them every time because walking around a theme park after eating loaded nachos can be a little much.

5. Macho Nacho

Macho Nacho has very good Burritos, Quesadillas, and Nachos. If they had a dining room and were open more I would have put this higher on the list. Very good food and highly recommended.

4. Chop Six

Chop Six serves up Asian cuisine in the style of a Panda Express. Best to eat here early in the day when it is freshest. Sometimes the food has been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. When done right the food is excellent here.

3. Friar Tuck’s

Smoked turkey legs are very popular at this park. This place always has a huge line for people wanting just one item. The turkey legs are about as good as the food gets at Six Flags, St. Louis.

2. Johnny Rockets

This classic fifties diner serves up delicious hamburgers, french fries, and milkshakes. By far this is the best burger at the park. Really there is no contest on that. The Fries and the milkshakes are outstanding as well. With a great looking diner as well. You and your group will love Johnny Rockets.

1. JB’s Smokehouse BBQ

JB Smokehouse BBQ has the best food at Six Flags, St. Louis. The pulled pork sandwich on pretzel bread with fries would be good at any restaurant regardless of it being in a theme park. Really every item here is outstanding. The smoked wings, pulled pork nachos, and Chicken Sandwich is also extremely good. If you only eat once while visiting the park then make it some BBQ at JB’s. Congrats to JB’s for being number one in Ranking the Restaurants at Six Flags St. Louis list!

Wild Card: The Pavilion Buffet

The Pavilion Buffet only opens on certain days. When it does it is only open from 11 am to 2 PM. If this is open then I would highly recommend this place.
