Chop Six at Six Flags St. Louis is an Asian cuisine restaurant. Like a lot of restaurants inside this theme park it is trying to imitate another restaurant. I think it’s safe to say that the business model that Chop Six is trying to emulate is Panda Express. I find Chop Six to be one of the better restaurants in Six Flags St. Louis, but only some of the time.
Chop Six at Six Flags St. Louis review
Chop Six has some really good food. Personally, I like the spicy chicken but any of the options are fine. I love spicy food so I go with that option the most. The restaurant itself is large and has good seating. There is just a lot to like about this place. Yet it is an uneven experience.
Problems mostly arise from even quality of food. When you get your order it can either be very fresh or sometimes not so fairy fresh. It is usually your best bet to go early in the morning since the food was just made. Or on busy days when the food is constantly being re-supplied. If it’s a slow day in the park I would tend to stay away. Though even under the circumstances I’ve mentioned this is still a hit-or-miss restaurant.
Final Verdict
When Chop Six is running correctly this is a good option for you and your group to sit down and have a meal. Usually, the line goes pretty fast since the food is already cooked and just waiting to be served. I want to give Chop Six a higher score yet the problems I’ve outlined make it hard to give this one a strong endorsement. On a scale of one to ten, I give chopsticks a six.
Pros: Good seating, line moves fast, spicy chicken
Cons: Very uneven
