The Pavilion Buffet at Six Flags St. Louis gives you a quicker option to feed your group. Best of all no fighting since everyone can load up on whatever they want.
The Pavilion Buffet at Six Flags: Overview
The Pavilion Buffet is a hidden gem. It can be hard to miss. Even people that come all the time don’t always know about this. It is normally stocked with a couple of mainstays. Macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, salad, ruffle chips, and coleslaw. Then they will have a revolving extra main dish. When it’s the BBQ pork sandwich, that is a good day.
The Pavilion Buffet at Six Flags: Dining Pass, and no lines!
You can use your dining pass meal to eat at the buffet. It also comes with a soda and desert. Really one of the best things about this is there is never a line and you get your food as soon as you walk in. As much as I like some of the other restaurants like JB’s Smokehouse and Johnny Rockets it can sometimes take twenty to thirty minutes from the time that you get to the restaurant before you’re eating. That’s a lot of time not riding Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast.
How to find it
If you don’t know what you’re looking for you may not be able to find this. In the front of the park, if you look across from First Cone Parlor and next to Coaster Candy. You will see the entrance for this. Usually if they are open they will put a sign in the walkway. However, they don’t open this every day. When they do its hours are from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Final Verdict
I love The Pavilion Buffet. I wish this was an option every day. If you were planning on eating chicken strips at the park, then this is a no brainer. On a scale of one to ten, I give The Pavilion Buffet a ten!
Pros: No line, plenty of seating, everyone gets what they want
Cons: Not always open
