Pigpen’s Petting Farm at Worlds of Fun sits towards the back of the park in the Planet Snoopy section, next to Flying Ace Balloon Race and Peanuts Road Rally. While this can attract many people, there is no line to wait in. In addition, there are no height requirements or safety restraints to concern yourself with. You are free to come in and spend as long as you want.

Theme Parks are all about providing experiences. We applaud any outside-the-box thinking that provides something that is this much fun. No lines to wait in and no height requirements mean that everyone in your group can experience this. You can spend as little or as much time here as you want. More theme parks should take notice of this type of attraction.
Pigpen’s Petting Farm at Worlds of Fun isn’t just a small side attraction. No, this is a complete experience. There are tons of various animals, but an emphasis on smaller animals sticks to the theme. You will find baby goats, chickens, alpacas, and more!
It has been our experience that this is very well kept. It still smells like a petting farm but not in an overpowering way. These are well taken care of animals, and the petting area is remarkably clean for what this is. In addition to being clean, the animals are in great shape. So much love and care make this a great experience.
Negatives
There is always some kind of negative to list for any ride. However, with this attraction, nothing comes to mind. After all, this isn’t a ride. You can have as much fun here as you want and leave when you get bored. Therefore, usual reviewing standards don’t work for this attraction.
Final Verdict
Pigpen’s Petting Farm at Worlds of Fun is everything it should be. Kudos to the park for offering such a tremendous value add. We love no lines and no height requirements. It’s just good old-fashioned fun. Everyone in your group should enjoy this themed petting zoo. We don’t have any complaints that would bring the score down. While this may not be a mainline attraction like Prowler to write home about, it is never the less wonderful for precisely what it is trying to be. Because of these reasons, Pigpen’s Petting Farm at Worlds of Fun gets a ten out of ten.
