Marvin the Martian Camp Invasion at SFSTL

Marvin the Martian Camp Invasion was installed in 2006 along with all of the other rides that are located in Bugs Bunny National Park. It is a mild thrill ride. Most likely to be compared as the kiddie version of Joker inc located at Six Flags St. Louis.

Marvin the Martian Camp Invasion: Overview and Analysis

You sit inside of a spaceship that looks like Marvin’s own spaceship from the classic cartoons. The ride rotates up and down in a circular motion. It may go a little high for some young ones, but mostly this is a very tame ride, no matter the age.

Any child 36 inches and above can ride this alone. Adults can ride with them. Which is something I always love in a kiddie ride. It is great fun watching your kids have a good time. Yet, it is always best if I can get in on the fun with them.

Marvin the Martian Camp Invasion just doesn’t thrill much. It goes very slow and never reaches very high at all. With my own kids, my youngest still wants to ride this one. The oldest, who is five, will skip this one unless the younger talks her into it. I think if you could see out better, that would have helped it a lot. In trying to make sure it looks like Marvin’s spaceship I think they made a mistake. A better balance of being able to see outside would have been better.

Final Verdict

I would put this one in the “all right” category. Doesn’t seem that many children get very excited about this one. On a scale of one to ten, I give Marvin the Martian Camp Invasion a six.
