Daffy Duck Stars on Parade was installed in 2006 along with all of the other rides that are located in Bugs Bunny National Park. If your little one is not tall enough to ride SkyScreamer yet, then this one will do the trick.
Daffy Duck Stars on Parade: Analysis
Daffy duck stars on Parade is a Swinging chair ride. This one is not high thrills even by the kid standards. It doesn’t go very fast, nor raise off of ground level.
It does have a really good capacity. Younger kids seem to enjoy it and make up most of its ridership. It has a height restriction of 54 inches, but I don’t see hardly any kids approaching that length lining up. There is no height restriction whatsoever so your child doesn’t even have to be 36 inches to ride.
On the negative side, I would say that there is one constant issue with this ride. The seats are so closely packed together that the children will impulsively kick the seat in front of them. Which causes the operator, regardless of whether or not a child is sitting in that chair, will yell at them to stop kicking it. Policies are policies, but man does it get old. I would gladly trade some of those seats to remove that issue. Lowering its capacity a little wouldn’t be that bad. Even on very busy days this ride never gets overcrowded.
Final Verdict
This one seems like a no-brainer for the kid section at any amusement park. It is nothing to write home about, but it is simple, and younger children like it. On a scale of one to ten, I give Daffy Duck Stars on Parade a seven.
